There are three structure of an egg:

The eggshell - the outer part of the egg, the hard part of it. Its made up up to 10,000 pores.

The egg white - the second of the outer part of the egg. The egg white has the 60% of the eggs weight.

The egg yolk - the color yellow in the inner of the egg. The center of an egg. The egg yolk has the 28% of the eggs weight.
