Do you think you need to change your meal options?
Yes I need to change my meal plan option it is not healthy. I will be more obese at the end of the month. The food I choose contains lots of cholesterol (chickens and pork). Few vegetables added and only 1 fruit per day. I am at a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease in this diet and also cancer.
Eating Habit contributes to having good health or bad health. We are what we eat. If we eat unhealthy foods, our health is also unhealthy. We are likely to develop cardiovascular diseases and cancers depending of the food type we eat. If we eat healthy foods, our body is also healthy.
